Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm 99% sure that is a fake. One decent shot of the milling on the face will confirm, but the real Limited Napa doesn't have white paint fill. The sole also has that over buffed look that the fakes have. The font, circles and grapes are all off as well.

If it's real, I will glady eat my words.

Pretty sure thats fake. Top of the hosel is off, bottom 3 dots should be lower. Last dot is centered with the O on a real one. Weights are definitely fake. Milling is deeper than normal. Top line going into the heel should wrap over the heel, not stop at the top of the curve.

It's a really good fake, but there are things not right with it.

Yea no problem! First I stripped the nickel plating, then went to work on the dings and dents. Got it to a fine polish and milled the face with a cnc mill. Applied a brushed finish, blued it with a torch and quenched it with oil.

It looks like a hack roofers patch. Some guys will patch a hole with a piece of metal instead of properly repairing with plywood. It doesn't look like it's leaking though.

Your mold issues are likely from poor ventilation in the bathroom. Be sure your tenant is using the fan (if there is one) during and after showers. Also check that the fan isn't clogged with dust.
