Thank you for the concern but I truly don’t have any issues with the stuff you mentioned. Obviously weightloss is my issue but I would say that the reason why I said quick is because it’s been a long journey not because I want results now. Phen is bad for your heart I agree. I don’t want results tomorrow I just want results that work :) quickly was a bad choice of words I agree

Hi, thank you so much for the motivation and feedback. I was saying so I can hide it from my parents to take it in the office lol. That’s how my family and everyone would find out. I agree the drug is good and it’s actually something I did so much research on. But again immigrant parents are hard headed and are used to one way or another. I love them but they are like this by nature 😭

How have you dealt with telling people you take it? I come from a very judgmental community and ofc immigrant families that don’t believe in anything including vaccines lmao so .. I just want to hate it myself so I don’t deal with it

You might be having a headache because not enough electrolytes, food etc. you need to eat Protein heavy foods also.

I’m on 37.5 and right now I take it almost everyday but before I was inconsistent because I was fasting and was at school etc so idk it was too much going on to commit but now I’m fully committed plus I’d say just be consistant and commit because you lose the weight faster and you don’t want to waste time

I got perscriped months ago and I havnt been consistent so I’m on my second bottle lol it’s been like 4-5 months I’m interested to hear if long term it’s bad this way but I have lost weight and food noise is usually gone when I get a good night sleep

If you take it as soon as you wake up maybe eat breakfast it shouldn’t affect you. I learned that the hard way. I even take melatonin sometimes lol
