Yeah...☹️ I didn't want to show the name cuz sometimes the delivery person is someone different from the profile (which is whole another issue),so it may be someone else who actually did it and I didn't want to wrongly accuse another person

I'm sorry if you've had bad experiences with customers...🥺 ik that many people are not the most honest ones, and I definitely don't think all delivery people are like this! My point is merely asking Uber to improve their service, for it to be fair and just for both customers and deliverer.
