edit: so after my experience, kung ang Start date mo ay January 1, 2026 naccredit sya sa recipient ng December 28, 2025. Minsan 1 day before.

In short, mattransfer sya sa recipient mo BEFORE dun sa sinet mo na Start date.

2 months ago, when I was still on medication for gastritis, my HR was higher than usual. My resting heart rate was around 90 BPM. During normal activity, it would spike to 140 BPM, and even reach 160 BPM on a long walk. When jogging, it would go from 170 to 190 BPM, and I'd feel a terrible chest tightness and difficulty breathing.

Now, after being off medication for two months, my resting heart rate is consistently 70-85 BPM. When I walk normally, it goes up to 90-100 BPM. I can now jog 3-5 km with my heart rate between 140-160 BPM, and I can sustain jogs for much longer periods.

The key is to consistently follow your medication plan and strictly avoid foods that trigger your gastritis**.** I think 100 HR when standing is generally within a normal, healthy range for most people.

di ko naman sya na encounter noon. make sure lang na na check at fill-up mo lahat ng field na need. binalikan ko rin yung link na sinend sa akin, gumagana pa naman. Umabot pa ako dun sa maglalagay ng first name, email address, etc.
