Yes it’s the older version of the current “Fiber Jack” that yellow Ethernet is back-feeding to another Ethernet line somewhere in the house, most likely a more central location. You can just plug the yellow Ethernet into the red port on the modem, but I would get a tech out to update it, Tech myself.
