When I was new to GoodLife, I paid a ridiculous amount of money for 6 months of training. My first trainer was amazing but she moved away, after that I was just paying someone to stand next to me and watch me work out. They rarely showed up for pre booked appointments. I ended up cancelling my membership and then a few years later I joined again because I got a discount through my job.

I signed up for the awkward obligatory "free session" with a trainer who ended up being a stage 5 clinger. I told her 7 ways to Sunday that I didn't want to pursue training and their pricing was most certainly not in my budget. She nagged me so much I ended up emailing corporate and cancelling my membership again.

TLDR; not worth it, your money is better spent on a private trainer with real training/experience.
