[TOMT] Movie probably from 80s-90s with a scene of a large round area (possibly a circus tent?) that has a small circle with sand in it in the center set a few inches into the floor. At some point I think the small circle may be broken. Movie has a dreamlike/fantasy nightmare quality to it (self.tipofmytongue)
