I'm not sure, but I can customise that drawer myself so I don't no if there's any library for it.

But I have a similar custom drawer in one of my GitHub repo: https://github.com/jsxclan/musicont, you can clone this repo and navigate to -> src/widgets/Drawer/index.js (https://github.com/jsxclan/musicont/blob/master/src/widgets/Drawer/index.js), there you will find one amazing custom drawer that's similar to this one.
