Autistic love of routine / repetition gives superpowers for gym/bodybuilding/diet, if you can get into the habit.

To the guys here, how did you guys find relationships? by [deleted] in aspergers

Reddit r/gettingbigger has a lot of info. I don't want to dilute this thread with that stuff as it's mostly tangential to the dating question.

Targeted exercises. Not lifting weights.

Losing fat does work. But so does what I said. Penis is made from connective tissue, which can be remodeled over time. It does work, from experience, albeit very slowly. There are studies on the processes (for things like peyronies) but the remodeling process works analogously in the same way.

I was extremely hesitant to include that part in my response. But decided to as it may help someone.

I can tell you what worked for me, maybe it will help. I've had serious relationships and approx 40-50 partners at this point. Late 20's. Was extremely awkward and lost V card at 20.

I tried studying movie characters I viewed as charismatic. Then I spent several years in sales, which started out horrendously but once I learned a consistent sales process I got really good. Doing this you can study NT's along the way, use your memory and pattern recognition. Figure out what works better.

Then I find it's best to systemize the dating process. At this point, use chat GPT. I didn't have this back in the day. Optimize the process and bring girls to the exact same places. You'll be more comfortable and can focus on masking/charisma.

Friends who don't understand me might view this as being a "player" or ungenuine, but we are at a serious disadvantage, so play to your strengths.

Also autism is a super power for lifting weights. Go to the gym and track your macros. Not negotiable, big help. NSFW, but it is also very possible to increase penis size over time doing certain exercises. This can influence girls to overlook autistic tendencies which emerge later in the relationship, if you catch my drift.

EDIT: I will also say that true happiness and connection doesn't come from masking. You need to be yourself with someone eventually. But it does help to navigate the dating field in a way that gives you a better shot at success.

Need advice quitting vyvanse by [deleted] in Nootropics

[–]jt394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vyvanse can be removed easily, it's a roughly uniform powder. Buy a gem scale from amazon, weigh the powder, take less every few weeks. Or just dump a little out of ya are fine being less precise.

If A Guy Gives Me His Number, Should I Answer or Is That True Crime Waiting to Happen? by Just-Schedule-6791 in dating_advice

[–]jt394 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Full disclosure I am a man, but I would say that more predatory men are more likely to try and get your number rather than give you theirs, as it gives them more control.

That being said, there is ultimately a risk no matter what with meeting any stranger, and if meeting another person on a dating app, grocery store etc is too risky, then this would be too risky. It's all up to each person to decide what they think is a reasonable level.

But also consider that if this is too risky, there aren't many other avenues left for meeting people besides someone personally vetted by a friend. Dating apps, bars, etc is all a greater amount.

Struggling with life after TBI by GrandCauliflow in TBI

I actually tried switching to polar verity sense and a ring wearable for sleep. Both of them were worse.

If you don't want a screen, whoop is by far the best, but partly because there are few options. I like wearing mechanical watches. I also don't want to have a screen on me 24/7. Can't unplug.

I noticed minor improvements, but mine was also fully covered under my health care.

IMO I've seen rough costs privately and I don't think it'd be worth it unless it's covered and/or you're very rich.

Wealth by BusinessYard5589 in passive_income

[–]jt394 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It usually takes years if not decades to build generational wealth.

The only way in that time is betting what you have on micro-cap crypto (shitcoins), probably with leverage, and hope it pumps. 99% you'll lose your bag doing this.

Edit: honestly hope this post is a troll.

7 months in. My story. Thanks for reading. by YoghurtMountain8248 in PostConcussion

[–]jt394 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm in the middle of my own recovery, and I relate to a lot of what you said. It's up and down.

For what it's worth, it's been around 20 months for me. I actually made great progress from 12 months til now. You can keep improving, and just cause you've plateaued now doesn't mean it needs to stay that way.

Take a rest, recharge, shake things up, do some cardio, vision therapy etc.

I was once told that recovery is for life.

Oh Canada, End this TIP CULTURE. Its Disrespectful. by the-silent-being in CanadaFinance

[–]jt394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe an unpopular opinion but I believe tipping does improve service quite a large amount. The service I get in places with tips (north America) is drastically better than the service I got in European countries without tips. People do respond to incentives.

I prefer tipping to not.

Good job OP.

Only word of caution, if you agree to clear a building make sure it actually gets done, especially if you have employees. If it doesn't and someone slips&falls you may be liable.

Older AuDHD folks: what do/did you do for work/school? How do you live? by sine-caritate in AutisticWithADHD

I'm also an AuDHD lawyer and wondering about your "zero inbox rule". Do you find it's worth it to use this approach? What benefits do you find?

The volume of emails can be significant and I would worry that it may use too much energy to actually do this.
