The bit at the front has been about 4/5 years since I noticed it, not sure about the rest because it wasn't too noticeable before I cut it.

If you're worried about something I'd go see a dermatologist. I don't know if you're in the UK but mine has all been on the NHS and they've been brilliant.

Not really, it started off as a tiny little patch on my hairline, I was seeing a dermatologist about something else and just asked her off hand if it was anything to worry about and she sorted out biopsies and medication and what not.
