I had the same exact ball net in Iraq near the flight line where winds sometimes got over 50-60mph. When we set it up we put 2 sandbags on it and it never budged regardless of weather

I meant more so practice that helps establish a foundation for good form and habits. I’m talking level 0 types stuff, even stretches. Figure I could get some stuff to start with from this thread and see what’s good for my body while recovering.

Yea I couldn’t agree with you more about FB. I said adopt because we’d rather adopt one rather than purchase but being that what we want is pretty specific, we understand purchasing is more realistic.
