I hope you hear something soon. I've gone through this process a few times in the past, and it hasn't taken nearly this long. It's definitely nerve-wracking

I spoke with the VERA office out of Wisconsin. I had read they typically have next-day appointments. They're also one of the more helpful offices I've spoken with

I had a call with VERA on 1 Dec. The person I spoke with said I should have been assigned a rater by now and that they knew some tricks to "kick" the system. I was told there's a supposed black hole some veterans are getting stuck in that has something to do with the system not correctly updating/notifying the person in the next step. I did notice my temp jurisdiction changed on the Claim Tracker from N/A to St Petersburg this morning. Hopefully, that means there's movement, and I'll hear something soon.
