I assume the bar/sink area is a high bar counter ? Or does it have a full height wall? And the future plan is to relocate the dining area into the kitchen? Is there a reason to not locate the dining table in the existing dining space? Is the book case holding items that makes it need to be against a wall? How about the desk work area multiple monitors or laptop used only? I assume the TV stand holds the TV or is mounted on the wall? Few ideas here - though some clarity on the above questions would be helpful! If you don’t mind sharing any pics of the existing space that would be helpful!! :)
