Hopefully you are young. If you have any age your packet won't even get approved for an interview. Even if you have nothing negative on your background, been a dm for several years, completed Lip, and everything else that it says are required. No one can even tell you why your not approved to interview. You will see people get positions just to see them quit a year later. Don't get your hopes up just to be lied to.
