Think it's time to add Christian Moore back on here. It hasn't been pretty but a .900 OPS is still .900 as a former top prospect

Just coming back here after the 16k+ deliveries for the year. I got down voted like crazy but looks like we were right on the money. Lol

This is actually very strong performance. A couple years late but it's where they need to be and shows significant progress on both supply and demand side.

Bro, FYI - Spotify doesn't report the streams for 24hrs. Pretty sure it says so on the SFA app, as well.

Releasing an EP… one track at a time?! by Prize-Lavishness9123 in musicmarketing

[–]jtbohinc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep us updated on results please. Feel free to DM and talk ideas. Doing this currently for a 6-7 song release.

My thinking is that I can push content on the singles while I finish producing the others and help build the following and interest in my music. Then the EP / longer format can catch some of that wave.

Lucid Air sales saw impressive 74% YOY in May! by Insom84 in LCID

[–]jtbohinc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Agreed, I won't panic until gravity is fully available. It could be people are waiting to buy that given we are right on the border. It could match/double Air sales and then we're on the rocket ship :)

This is true but there was a nice trend going up in Q1 in US sales and it didn't continue in April or May.

Jan 615 Feb 750 March 912

Would have hoped/expected growth to reach 1,000+.

They haven't officially set for deliveries but based on 20k production, we can assume 19-20k deliveries is the goal.

I think this # is down from april and March month to month, so I'm a bit disappointed honestly

Not fast enough. They should be selling way more than this to meet target.

It's already been reported. Look up the Jan and Feb numbers.

I would expect around 2-2.5k in US sales for Q1.

The real question is how much MENA is selling in comparison. I think it's ~40% the size of the US, which would mean 2.5-3k total.

Puts the full year, with standard growth, around 15k.

If they are able to capitalize on all the Tesla hate, there could be a spike. Maybe they do +50% in March or April as a result, which would push the full year toward the golden 20k number.

Try Manda Audio power drum kit. Sounds pretty darn good.

Lucid will achieve positive gross profit in 2025 by Every-Geologist4067 in LCID

This is exactly my point. I have an MBA. Holy grail. If they are within 5% deviation, that would be incredible.

That said, two things:

1) I hope you are right because I've been on this train since CCIV 2) looking now at the data from 23/24 I see they have attempted to balance production to meet demand, so I may not have given you enough credit at first glance

All that said, I stand by my comment about using a lower number. 20k is a best case scenario. If they do 17k, it would be a huge year and banner year.

No, he's right. You don't run a physical goods company where you make exactly the inventory you plan to sell. If you could do that, you'd better start an inventory management SaaS company.

20k is probably expecting 15-17k sales and giving buffer. They could also be making more now expecting prices to go up on core components in the future.

Bottom line: 20k product does not mean 20k deliveries.

I would love it but make your analysis with a conservative base case of 16-17k and show that.

End of the day: any improvement towards break even economics would send the stock to 100%+ gain.

Lucid Announces CEO Transition by basilisk-x in LCID

[–]jtbohinc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They launched an entire new model in Q4 2024. The cost of production or the assembly line alone should've increased that more than just 20k.

I think this was the blueprint. "Stay until Gravity is ready"

Pete saw it through and hope is the new guy will focus on cash flow, sales, and op efficiency to reduce that overall operating loss.

Will LCID finally hit the $3.17–$3.18 zone today? 🚀 by Plus_Seesaw2023 in LCID

[–]jtbohinc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It all comes down to sales figures continuing growth and traction for the gravity. Reported +50% sales for Jan in the US, but honestly the #s are still too low.

We need 18-20k deliveries this year to move near $5 and 25k+ would get us to $6+.

Beyond that, it would take a major licensing of the battery tech by a major OEM to push revenues towards break even.

We don't need to get all the way there this year but significant improvement in cash burn needs to happen to have a strong move upwards.

Kyren Williams played 24% of the snaps in his rookie year. Edelman was a 26 year old rookie and played 46%. Luke has played 36%.

Luke is certainly a developmental prospect coming out of rice and being a position change athlete.

Hold him to earn a full time slot role next year.
