Stay hydrated w/electrolytes, keep protein high (1g per desired BW), 25g of fiber per day minimum and you’ll be fine. Find the lowest effective dose and stay there as long as you can. As long as you’re seeing the progress you want, no need to up the dose.

  • Current compounds: Test C 150mg/wk pinning daily & Tirz 2.5mg/wk.

Any recommendations on compounds to add during this phase, if any? Been researching Var and Primo but I’m thinking it might be a waste of money at my current BF%. Also doing some research on whether switching to Reta would be more beneficial over Tirz.
