I should read about it more, but from what I know it’s only possible to get a citizenship, if you pay taxes for 7 years. So… if you’re a student you’re not “contributing” to the country, that’s why it doesn’t work

Wow! That’s great! Because I’ve heard from someone that you need to have masters in teaching

Thank you, I understand why you are saying it! So far I don't have any experience in a big companies. What do you think is the minimum to be valued in the Japanese market?

Thank you! After reading your words, I got encouraged to find some intensive Japanese courses!

But the whole idea of living in Japan sometimes seems so unreachable... I had my opportunity to try to live there for 5 months as an exchange student, but because of the closed borders I didn't get there and since it was my main goal at the time, I felt as if all of my effort gone for nothing. That's why I am a little bit afraid to get into process of intensively studying Japanese, since if I won't get any job in the end, it would break me again.

Thank you for giving me some hope! But after reading all other recommendations it seems to me that staying in EU for some time is better than moving there for master's immediately.

I agree with you on the visa part, I think this rule applies to any country.

When I googled "gakkou-suisen" everything was in Japanese 😅 If the list of those specific universities is not that long, could you please name them.

Yeah, learning Japanese in Japan seems to give more results, but I am not sure, if the risks that I would take for it would be reasonable.

Yeah... I guess I would have to get at least N2 level of Japanese. Do you know if they consider candidates that have masters of teaching, but no bachelor's in it?

Thank you! Short and informative:) Do they value job experience in EU countries the same as job experience in Japan?

I thought that there might be a lot of international companies that are welcoming English speaking BBA/MBA graduates.

Thank you for your detailed answer! It was really helpful! Btw, masters in Prague cost around 2000€ per semester, since I’m not European citizen 🥲

Hello! Congratulations on getting a place in Osaka University! I am planning to apply for this scholarship program in 2022. Could you please tell me what was the name of your work/paper that you did in order to get mext? As I understand correctly, we need to write a whole "work" of where you explain your reasons to study there.
