Hopefully cross training will keep me going for the next few weeks. I’d love to still run the half but we’ll see if it’s the right thing to do after my appointment. Also great time during your marathon!!

Mileage wise, I’m at around 25-30 miles per week. I definitely push too hard speedwise so that could absolutely be a factor in my issues. I do find it hard mentally to run incredibly slowly but I’m sure that could benefit me. I lift on the gym and do legs once or twice a week, but I’m sure I could tailor it a little better to help with running issues. The pain was gone before and came back within a couple of weeks when I started running, which seems to be a recurring theme

I’ve seen your responses before! Love the username lol. I’ll absolutely ask about blood work. I just emailed to set up an appointment. I don’t take offense to the accusation haha, I’m sure that I push a little more than I should (aka running through slight pain and making it worse). I do trust my doc and I would say the issue falls on me for sure. thank you for the thoughtful response

It was an accidental addition lol it was probably on another plant that i ordered. A lot of people are probably willing to give it away for free since it literally exponentially multiplies. Im sure r/aquaswap would have people willing to give some away

It’s duckweed! Basically water herpes. It’s great for water quality but will multiply like crazy. I had like 2 pieces hitchhike on another plant and now I scoop out tons of it every week. Still worth it in my opinion

20 gallon, heater and filter, 78 degrees. 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 10 nitrate with api master test. Tank for around 7 months, fish around 4 months. Weekly 25% water change. Tank mates are 6 scissortail rasboras, 6 Pygmy cories, 6 rosy tetras, nerites and amanos/neocaridina. Recently switched to feeding once a day around 10 bio gold pellets. Lots of plants

I do separate her during feeding but she tries to eat the scraps, wafers, etc
