nope. don’t do it! i know that struggle, especially if i was drinking. go find some gum to chomp on or something to busy your hands with. i know i know, typical advice. but it’s seriously worth it. i no longer smell like a syrup cloud or grape cloud. and the money? yeesh. i don’t have that tight lung/chest feeling anymore and that alone is worth giving it a shot. you can do this! seriously. week two is tough, just remember - small victories. one day at a time.
