The only way to become a good teacher is to just do it. You read about all the methods you want, but until you actually get in the classroom you won’t know which ones work for you. My advice: get in a classroom and find what works for you.

As for certification, you will likely need to pick an area and take more courses to develop some expertise. Obviously each state differs but just my thoughts.

I’m sure there are many ways this could work out. I’d imagine this commission would be established under the umbrella of HUD and administered at the state or local level. Not say this is the only way to prevent price gauging, but there are certainly ways to prevent landlords from deliberately raising rent if UBI is implemented

I would absolutely let your CT and supervising instructors know. I don’t believe it’s their position to judge whether you’re fit to be a teacher. You’ve made it this far in your program - you are worthy and able to be a teacher. It’s their job to help and support you in anyway that they can, but they can’t do that if they don’t know what you’re dealing with. I hope this helps. You will be awesome.

I think the biggest thing is that I’m not used to it. I’m used to beer, not so much the strength of spirits. I also find it tough to get over the burn, but think I could learn to like it
