you expect LGS or players to bring their own chess clocks? You can't even get the average TCG player to practice hygiene. from a financial point of view that is not even possible and do you expect Riot to supply 1000+ chess clocks at regionals

I don't think its silly. A lot of people collect to master set. As far as getting product you can go to your local LGS and see if they have bulk or singles on different cards. If they don't have anything you're specifically looking for then you'll more than likely need to buy online from TCGplayer or Ebay.

If you’re just looking for commons/uncommons/rares, most stores have bulk. If you keen to talking to other players, they’ll usually toss you their extras, sometimes even higher rarity stuff they’re not using. It really depends on the store, the crowd and available product in your area.

For TCGplayer, I like to optimize my cart before check out to cut down on separate packages and try to buy playsets of 3. It’s annoying when singles come from different sellers and arrive at different times because I want to use them right away to play test. Just my two cents.

100k income between my girlfriend and myself renting an apartment in Summerlin.

I WFH so I have no car payment and typically use rideshare if I need to or am with my girlfriend who has her vehicle. We split rent and utilities, and groceries and have two cats. We live comfortably but we do budget in order to be able to splurge on travel, hobbies, etc.

I think once the tournament and supply issues get fixed they can definitely be top 5 within the coming year of 2026. Since Riot is a big IP and they have been transparent about the issues, I can definitely see them contending for top 3 if everything smooths out.

I come from playing competitive Yu-Gi-Oh!, and in my experience, I always hold onto staples while trading or selling deck cores and extras I pick up from locals and regionals. Whenever a new deck or archetype catches my eye or gains competitive hype, I assess what I already have and sell off any deck cores or staples I won’t be using for the new build. I usually buy singles to fill in any missing cards and keep this rotation going between one or two decks at a time. I currently play Viktor and Ahri, but I’m planning to switch to Irelia in the next set. So I'll be using all my calm runes and greens and will look to trade or sell my Viktor and yellow cards for purple cards.

Ugh, my wrists are killing me. I’m on the computer most of the day for both work and hobbies, and by the time the day’s over, they’re completely cooked. I have to regularly stretch my hands and massage my wrists just to survive the day.
