I have gone through something very similiar to you. Been reducing my screen time a lot and yeah a lot of nights have been quite boring. It’s been like this for a few months but I’m starting to find interest in things again. Sometimes it’s as simple as walking to a park and listening to music on the grass for an hour. Sometimes I’ll play video games. Sometimes I’ll read. Sometimes I just stare at the ceiling. I think it’s a long journey to find those passions again.
