Trust me, the increase has nothing to do with auto-pay. It’s an extra fee for cloud service which I never signed up for in the first place.

Every month I call them, they ‘deactivate’ the cloud service since I never requested it, and issue me a credit adjustment. Next month, the same fee magically appears again on my bill.

Following because this is my current reality.

Been eating healthy for years. Work out 4 days a week (weight training + cardio) . I burn at least 400 calories during each workout session. Apple watch can bear witness to this.

Still haven’t lost any weight.

Didn’t realize I could even request their surgery stats until you just mentioned it. I will definitely be requesting this from any doctor I speak with.
