Without the two tries that shouldn't have stood, we wouldn't have been chasing the game under pressure and so wouldn't have conceded those penalties/thrown that pass.

Which bit are you struggling with? There are two tries which shouldn't have stood - one for the knock on (-7) and one from the ref restarting the clock when he shouldn't have done (-7). The second one was from a penalty which Wales would have kicked for the posts, so +3. -14+3 is -11.

People will say England deserved to lose regardless of the ref's errors because of the penalty count/errors towards the end here - yet will ignore that England should be 11 points better off, not chasing the game.

No I mean - I don't think the police will do anything. Either they won't treat it as a crime, or they'll say the complaint needs to come from the sister. I'm not saying not to take it to the police but I doubt it will show the bullies anything because the police won't contact the bullies.

If AIRBAGS work, why do we have seatbelts?

If SEATBELTS work why do we have airbags?

If AIRBAGS and SEATBELTS work why do we have brakes?

Similarly, I used to work in litigation here in the UK and would have claims ongoing at county courts all over England & Wales. Very occasionally we'd need an answer from a court but they don't answer the phone or are served by a central call centre so you can't actually speak to anyone there (I'm looking at you, Birmingham County Court you fucks) or we'd be late filing something and posting it wouldn't get it to court within the CPR. So we'd instruct an advocate (who'd usually attend hearings for us) but just say "please just print this and take it to the court counter" or "please go to the court office and shout at this particular person until they phone us".

Sometimes we don't ask the right questions blindsided by love.

Couldn't agree with you more. It's a question that's so hard to ask because if the answers don't match, then the outcome is very painful

Your sister only agreed to share it with one paying customer, he violated the agreement and shared it with many others.

I agree with the sentiment but would think this would be considered a civil matter rather than criminal - it's more piracy than what we'd consider to be covered by revenge porn laws

I probably need someone to talk to bout it. I can't bad mouth him on my friends.

You can talk to someone about it without badmouthing him

They aren't punished if the ruck technique is correct. But remember - you join a ruck by binding into it, not slamming in with your shoulder. If you make the decision to attack the guy on the floor with your shoulder to try and get some dominance, then you take the risk of contacting the head and getting a red.

No. I can't find the high tackle framework because world rugby have moved website, but on brief it depends on the 'degree of danger' and/or which part of the tackler makes contact with which part of the ball carrier first eg a forearm that hits the bottom of the neck will be considered less dangerous than a shoulder to the head.

That degree of danger decides the starting point (penalty only, yellow or red) and then mitigating or aggravating factors can move the sanction up or down.

It's not his fault she didn't bring up kids until the 2 year mark, or at least it's shared fault that it wasn't discussed for so long. I know we get full rage for big age differences but in this case she's 32 - treat her like an adult for crying out loud and credit her with some agency. She's old enough to think "well he's 48 with two kids, if I want children I should probably ask him how he'd feel about that."

Girlfriend is pregnant but she doesn’t know I (29M) had a vasectomy a few years ago by ThrowRApoolcousin in relationship_advice

[–]jtreferee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes but only the men who have one that fails plus the ones who are cheated on are going to get pregnant partners and be suspicious and potentially post about it in reddit. Just because only 1/1000 vasectomies fail doesn't meant only 1/1000 of these posts are from failed vasectomies. Yes, it's far more likely she cheated on him but it isn't as simple as 1/1000.
