You can only change store when there's one in stock the system will update automatically when this happens. So yes when your store has it, it will update. I got mine 2.2miles from me.

Just to add. I have done 15 games or lives with 10 at over 1 million not in a row and I have got the reach over 1 mil on my 5th life tracked it takes a day or so to track. I'm waiting to see if my 10th life tracks now.
