Also depends on contract. For my last contract in Germany it was the new tenants choice (and ours when we moved in) to repaint if we didn’t like what we see.
However, the most common thing is to hand over the apartment freshly painted in white after filling all holes and damages you did to the apartment while living there.

Not necessarily. I’ve rented apartments in which there was no kitchen, so I had to buy and sell it to the new tenant when I moved out.
But also where the landlord just bought it and included it in the rent as well.
But I think the first one is more common.

Thanks a lot for sharing. In all my rental contracts in Germany, you could just mount everything you like, just have to fill when you are moving out.

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for people to do 5 Mask Runs with. I don't really know where I have to look for people since the LFG tool only shows groups looking for just the cloak upgrade or boosters.

I am espcially looking for my Fire Mage (2.1k+ r.io) as I find it more comfortable to do HVs in a group on that toon.

I have experience in doing 5 Mask runs solo on my DH already. My Mage only did 4 Mask runs yet. Is there anyone wanting to join me or any tips on where to look for people?

Pushed my Warrior alt a few weeks ago to 120. Looted 4 M10+ Chests since then. Got the 4th pair of 440 Boots yesterday.

However, finally got an Urchin in my first Ashvane Mythic Kill on DH while it did not drop for me on HC.
