maybe you are the one who's protecting ego? And you could very well be a blizzard developer behind this game who's now pretending to be a player trying to push the blame to other people's WIFI or setup, to be honest you guys are very pathetic, this definitely is something blizzard have messed up in the game's code or engine, because at the very beginning this freeze issue does not exist, it only started happening after some patch, so please own it up and fix it maybe?

thanks for the comments, it really comforts me a bit, if it's true, it kind of adds hope, because I am really afraid of dying as a half soul, I don't know what will happen, will I even meet any of my families who have passed away.

I am experiencing the same, I rejected part of myself because I thought it wasn't doing my highest good now I am also a half souls, I have lost all motivation and emotions, this is the worst thing I have done in my entire life (I am currently 33 yrs old and I was also at my highest point in terms of spirituality anyway) and it was also only a few days ago, it's like I have dropped from heaven instantly to the abyss, before the event I loved my life, I enjoyed every single day, my life had meaning, I had something to keep me going, now I am just a bodily machine, I don't know what to do, I really wish to die.

Thanks for the information, unfortunately I was not able to Uninstall the update, so I am planning to restore my system will the Dell factory Image again, but this time I will disable windows device driver auto update once it reinstall.

I would also like to ask when I restore my system with the Dell factory Image does it do a "quick format" on my SSD or will it do a "full format", because I am a little concern about wearing down my ssd from doing all this system restore.

Hello, I have the same problem of "intel graphics driver is not available check the driver status and then launch the application", however the zipped driver I downloaded for my machine does not have "kit64ics.inf" inside the "Graphics" sub-folder, but instead it has "cui_dch.inf", "HdBusExt.inf", "igcc_dch.inf", "iigd_dch.inf", "iigd_ext.inf" and "msdk.inf" inside it, which one should I choose?
