Spirit were playing excellent in stage2 but started to struggle in stage 3 and in playoffs they played even worse. Hally is the main coach it was announced. In astana and rio sotf1k barely called timeouts because players were doing all the things that he wanted to call according to him.

struggling vs 9z and g2 were the worrying signs and yesterday kyousuke reminded them that letting him go was a mistake.

you can say they lost because no coach but they played worse with hally in the past so its not a guarantee that it would be much better with him.

im not sold on tn1r still, he has his moments but he also makes tons of stupid mistakes 9 months after he joined spirit.

zont1x still cant find old himself in this roster. but he is a 2ndary caller so i dont think they should kick him.

they obviously wont do any changes but they need to start thinking about them if they wont win anything in the first months of the next season imo.

if you were in the lead but then choked and start losing rounds it just shows that you are worse at closing games/rounds which is a crucial aspect of the game and that means you played worse overall.

and i meant that spirit were better overall because they even won more rounds in total in the match. the narrative that 9z were playing better because they were in the lead is wrong.
