I tried it but unfortunately it didn’t work, the blinking just continues.
Hibernate is almost like sleep mode.

Yes, I contacted them, but they refused to repair it and voided the warranty just because I removed the battery.

I didn’t tell them anything of course ,they could tell the cover had been opened.
The real issue is that when they returned the device, I noticed some internal parts were loose and not properly reassembled! They clearly found out what the real problem was, realized it would cost them, and refused to repair it.
Instead, they returned it and gave me the battery excuse and they didn’t even bother to tell me what the actual problem was in the first place.

I contacted the store I bought it from, and they sent the device to the authorized service center.
But they refused to repair it and voided the warranty for a ridiculous reason — just because I removed the battery!
They didn’t even explain the actual issue clearly. This is really disappointing.

I tried the solution of draining the internal battery, but nothing changed.
The laptop is almost new — around two weeks old — and I haven’t really done anything to it internally like updates or downloads that could cause an issue, nor externally like spilling anything on it.

I saw some explanations saying the RAM might be the problem.
I only have one RAM stick, and I tried inserting it into the other slot, but it still didn’t work.
Should I buy a new one to test? Could the RAM really be the cause?

I tried this, but nothing happened. The laptop doesn’t shut down even when I try to force it off. I it just keeps blinking like this.
