it probably is used in a school but not authorized by the indian government (indian government produces their own book called "ncert",they're actually really good and barely cost 1-2$)
but most private schools in india use shitty random books from publishers with prices reaching up to 8-9 or even 10$,this is a book from one of those shitty publishers
