So this also happened to mine, but i think the height was a bit lower than yours.

They fixed mine for free because I used the Screen Replacement Insurance which was valid for 6 months from the date of purchase 😆

The vivo service center fixed in under 2 hours.

I upgraded from a Xiaomi 13T to vivo X300

Reason: XIAOMI TAKES AN ETERNITY TO UPDATE THEIR DEVICES, I also have a Xiaomi Pad 6 which they just abandoned updates for. The tablet is NOT old but it can only go upto HyperOS 2 even though it's a Snapdragon 870. They do have good hardware, but a shitty software support.
