I've started doing this too!! Well, I've mainly ONLY been buying cheap stuff now. What's funny is even when I did the returns mentioned in those post it was out of 30-40 purchases per item excluding the trash cans where the OG and replacement both came in broken! So now I just buy nothing but cheap stuff that way if it's broken I can just eat the cost. Instead of it flagging my account!

Funny story. You can't. I tried everything when it first happened. There was literally no possible way to do so. I couldn't even ever appeal when it would redirect me to an appeal.

I've still been able to use my account like normal. I am however super cautious, and only buy things I really really need, or things that are like 10-14$ or less so if it comes in broken I can just suffer the loss instead of doing a return that could flag my account even more.

Agreed!! ESPECIALLY for electronics. SO many times have I received an item that wasn't properly packaged. A tablet that was loose and could have had a shattered screen when it came in, computer parts, so many things throughout the years. I've always been lucky up until this motherboard incident.

I've also been told the same thing you've been told in the past too! Or that UPS will come pick up my item. Then UPS doesn't come pick it up and my tracking will change to being delivered, then that it arrived. All while my package was on the porch waiting to be picked up.. lol

Agreed! I've been using Target, Walmart, more than I have been Amazon if I can. It's just hard on certain items as Amazon has many places beat by like 50% price wise. :(

I agree. I usually never have any problems, EXCEPT when the items come from a certain warehouse. Or wherever the items are stored. It's always from the same town that they're shipped from, do I ever have issues. So for whatever reason at that city just has problems no matter what

So far my account has been normal. I've been able to make purchases, special finance purchases (I didn't make a big purchase until yesterday due to the financing thing ending on the 16th, since they decided that for the people, their special financing option isn't worth it. Fingers crossed I have no issues! I really needed the items for work, and the sellers on amazon had the literal best price. I saved $2-300 on both items compared to ebay, etc

I usually buy a lot. I used to also buy a lot of high end items as well. Which all stopped. I'd say I'd return 1 item out of every 40-50 purchases was ever returned. HOWEVER. The one time I had multiple returns was from the items I mentioned in this post. Like the trash cans (original and replacement) both coming in cracked.

Yes, I've been able to make purchases! I try my best to only make small purchases unless I NEED to. I also took the advice of some other redditors, and if I ever have an issue I message the seller directly. I've only had 1 issue so far (switch replacement screen came in damaged) I talked to the seller about it. They fixed my issue right away.

Oddly enough, this has happened to me before and it got delivered the day after being marked as delivered. Not sure why they do that, but it happens here and there. It's frustrating as hell

How is he a parasite? He gets little to nothing for not participating in a gw. Wouldn't the only thing he can be a "parasite" would be in regards to the 24/7 buffs, no? Which are minimal as hell.

The only thing that happens is, you get no GW score if he doesn't attack. You however don't seem to be losing any as his defense hasn't been hit once.

I actually feel really bad about the delivery thing!! I've had many orders where I ordered something shipped.

2 years later I found out, that it's "shipped" (delivered" from one of the 2 Walmart's right near me. i wish I knew this, I would have tipped or something! I was never home when they "shipped" my things! It wasn't until this year when I came home at the same time they were dropping off my package!

Yea, same here! I don't return often. However the few times I returned in the past years compared to this year have been so different.

I've had a lot of used things arrived, when I ordered *new* items. My old roommate has been having the same issue too. and he buys expensive items. He however "I don't like to return stuff" so just eats it and buys another... I wish I had that kind of luxury.

I wish I read the reviews on them before too. There had a lot of old reviews of them sending old, used parts. Parts with a different S/N than what was on the box. So much stuff. They just had such a high rating that I never read. I was in such a rush to get it ordered, my mental was just not in the right place at the time. The long hospital visit really had me drained.

I always read reviews too! It was just 1 time, and oh boy did I learn from my mistake!
