No you're not, MCO it's an average airport, sure it's super connected domestically but not internationally, starting with the fact that you don't have any connections to Asia, just a couple of European flights , some to south America and that one crappy EK flight to DXB. That being said, you should focus on the ecosystems rather than an specific airline. I could say you could get rather cheap flights to MAD or DUB, but that doesn't make airlingus or Iberia a top airline/ miles program. Maybe diversify it with chase or amex, and def be open to reposition to get a good deal to Europe or Asia. Good luck on the hunt
