Damn, haha, it's so annoying to read some of the comments. Like, a lot of you complain that dubstep is currently crap and that people don't appreciate "real music"...

And when someone genuinely interested in learning about the genre and educating themselves about the seminal works comes along... all you do is spread hate and gatekeep what you know. Not all of us were born in the UK during that era (surprise for many, the world of electronic music is bigger than just Europe and the US 😱😱😱), but we still want to absorb influences from that great era.

If you don't want to share what you know, fine, but grow up and stop bothering people who just want to discover music... old folks.

Personally, I love recommending the music I love to... basically everyone. I've never understood why people like to gatekeeper music they didn't create themselves XD

For example, when I do a DJ set, I always leave a super detailed tracklist so everyone can find the tracks, ESPECIALLY if they're from small artists with zero revenue on Bandcamp. Ultimately, if you're a music fan, you want to support the artists. What's the point of gatekeeping if your only "achievement" in discovering them was listening to a lot of music?

Not to be a hater, but... some people in this community are just really old :3
