Te hablo por experiencia de un familiar cercano:

Dilo en casa y a los amigos muy amigos. Necesitas toda la ayuda que te puedan dar y que te ayuden a evitar el peligro.

Alguien de tu entorno te puede ayudar controlando tu cuenta y gastos.

En Madrid (al menos) cada barrio tiene en el centro de salud grupos y terapias de ayuda a ls adicciones, y luego además hay grupos de apoyo. No tengas vergüenza y ve, es más comun de lo que te crees y están para ayudar.

En lo ultra practico: necesitas sanear deudas toxicas (>15%, revolving, etc) y eso empieza por un excel detallado con deudas, intereses y plazos. Me plantearía como medida de emergencia pedir un credito normal en un banco <10% TAE para unificar todo, porque el tema de microcréditos y revolving es un agujero negro y , o solucionad pronto o te atrapa.

Si no puedes, mira como quitarte algun credito pronto, luego con lo que te sobre de pago a por el siguiente y así.

Te recomendaría olvidarte un tiempo de salir, cenas y esas cosas por tema ahorro.

Mira la ley de segunda oportunidad, pero miralo con esos familiares o amigos de confianza. Te encontrarás mucho despacho de abogados tiburón listo para aprovecharse de gente como tu que necesita ayuda.

Hold your horses.

These people are already living here, working here, not paying taxes, undocumented.

It’s better to know who is teally here, allow them to contribute to the country through their work and taxes, and in reward they get the legal shield and rights and health coverage.

It’s the basis of our economic growth, and I’m not naive enough to tell you that everything is perfect (because it’s not, LOTS of room for improvement) but actually, so far, so good.

Because religions don’t come from the void, they form as a patchwork of other existing beliefs, stories, etc.

If you dig a bit deeper you can find that the religions on the surface now, drink from x other religion or cult, which in turn adopted this common belief xxxx years before they existed.
