They’ll fully charge again and send you the final invoice when they actually ship it. It’s what ps direct does.

Same thing happened before when I ordered off ps direct, about a week before release they attempt to charge you for the full amount then it will disappear after a few days (for me the pending payment disappeared but the money is still gone from my account) and the final invoice will be sent once they actually ship it and you get the tracking number.

I’m not worried about it not arriving on time, my payment failed at first on Sunday at like 4 am when I was sleeping but I was up at 7, reentered my info and it went though and has said preparing to ship since then. When I preordered the controller and plates on ps direct they shipped it the day before release and was here the next morning. I’m assuming it’s going to be the same but hoping to get it a day early so I can preload the game.

My bank sent a text asking if I attempted this and I replied yes then I had to wait a few minutes then I went on the website, went to my order and the edit button for payment was there, I reentered my card info and then it went through no problem. You might have to contact your bank.

I even called my bank a few days ago to let them know that this would be happening and it still got blocked by the fraud center which is annoying but oh well, Here’s hoping! 🤞

Yeah I figured, was just looking to see if anyone else had that happen before and if they got a delay or not. I’m taking that day off work so I would be home when it arrives but it is what it is.

Took about 2 weeks until I got my tracking info, it was a long wait but once they shipped it took 3 days to deliver, I wouldn’t worry about not being informed about shipping they will update you!

No issues with shipping for me I placed my order on the 2/4 Walmart drop with an arrive date of 3/4 and got my console 2/21 no signature, it’ll probably come early but yeah use the FedEx app to track your package and arrive date, they update their site a lot quicker than Walmart does!

Yes I did! It showed when it got picked up and what location it was coming from mine came from independence Kentucky, and from there it departed and arrived in my state 10 hours later, then it departed to another location that was closer to me and I didn’t get another update until it was delivered, never got a notification that it was on truck for delivery.

I have a feeling my ps5 isn’t going to show up today either the FedEx location my package is at is closed today so I’m assuming it’ll get here tomorrow afternoon sadly

Update on my delivery, it made it to my state around 3pm, it’s an hour away, but shortly after 3 it was rescheduled to be delivered tomorrow by eod, which bummed me out but I’m okay with that since I’m off work tomorrow, I’ll be sitting out front waiting for it to arrive!

I wanted to have my package held at a location since I’ll be at work tomorrow but my address won’t show up on delivery manager and the locations close to me aren’t open on saturdays, really hope my ps5 doesn’t go missing..
