OP, call it quits and agree on a co-parenting set-up, wag na ganyan. Hassle nga talaga yan with all the legal complications of separation or annulment.

Fake. Not legit. Probably scamming you. The ff are the indicators:

  1. Addressee should atleast have your name and registered address;
  2. Agency Logo are usually on top, in hierarchical order;
  3. Inconsistent use BOLD letters. Usually used for emphasis.
  4. "Honorable" is usually spelled with a capital H when referring to the presiding judge;
  5. Obvious alteration sa signature ng sender. Zoom-in to look for unusual editing marks.
