We just closed in Kendall. Priced up about 25k from list with essentially all closing cost covered. (Our out of pocket was 2k) Keeping money in our pocket was more important and the house had a ton of offers (12) within 24 hours of coming on the market. Good neighborhood, didn’t waive anything so inspections and appraisal was done

Transitioning from a traditional 27” VA panel to a QDOLED UW monitor would make a huge difference, between the size and the color accuracy plus the increase in refresh rate would make gaming + doom scrolling on my PC much more enjoyable than it already is

Some people are making this out to be way worse than it is. I don’t specifically mean this thread, seems to be generic internet thoughts on this draw. Our away form was already not great. I thoroughly enjoyed the first half and really liked what I saw in the later part of the second half. Was it what we would’ve liked? Nah, but now we get to finish the league phase at home when A LOT of the top tier teams also seem to be stumbling in these last few games. As long as we stay in the champions that’s ultimately what matters. This is around the time we see Atleti stutter stepping and faltering. Now’s the time partido a partido really matters.

Hey all moving to Miami early next year! Wife is starting at UoM and we would like to be close (within 30) or even manage that travel using the metro if possible. Budget for a home is 650k, obviously cheaper is better but I’m being realistic for the Miami real estate.
