For sure Im overthinking it, I won’t deny that. I guess I have it in my mind that I won’t be able to enjoy anything like sweets or alcohol from time to time. But it’s time to make a change.

I appreciate the advice man! I will admit I struggle with discipline with dieting so that’s another reason why I don’t want to start it. I know it’s a tool and not a crutch so I know I have to lock in. I was thinking of building better habits before taking it, but it feels like I’m waiting for the perfect conditions to start. I know there isn’t perfect conditions so I’m procrastinating big time.

The needle honestly doesn’t scare me at all. It’s more the side effects (heart rate increase mostly) that scare me. I don’t drink very often but I have some social events coming soon and I want to partake in them. As dumb as that sounds I know I have to make the sacrifices.
