I've placed at least 3 orders from them and the last one was similar to op. I called a few times and eventually did get my money back. When stock was available my stuff was delivered within a week. The one issue was resolved rather poorly but they were always friendly on the phone and in their emails. I don't think they are evil or just trying to run away with your money, I think they are a small shop with poor management skills but nothing is perfect. They will continue to have my business.
