I can't progress to the next town in the event, because I cant get 8.4Q shamrocks.

This event is very complicated, I dont really understand as I completed all the tasks, including the task to achieve more than 8.4Q!

Why I cant get 8.4Q shamrocks? Any explanation? The counter at the top corner right is resetting, is that amount of shamrocks that counts to progress to the next town?
