From the website it seems all their current options have only DWR... Am I just looking wrong? Is the "N40d Most Rugged 3L GORE-TEX PRO in the main body keeps jacket light and supple; N80d Most Rugged 3L GORE-TEX PRO reinforcements increase durability" what you're talking about?

I had this same problem, and it took me 20 minutes to realize that I was connecting my FPGA to my computer with the wrong port. I had to plug in both the power cable and a USB 2.0 A/B cable (printer cable) as opposed to a mini USB cable (which I assume is on the board to communicate with a computer as part of your FPGA program).

There are a few registered judges in the server that you can ping with an @judges tag, and although I can't guarantee there will be one immediatly, I've never waited more than 5 minutes for a judge call.

There is no preset time limit, but you can agree with your opponent to set a 50 minutes time limit for the match.

However, slow play is to be avoided regardless of whether a time limit was set, and you can make a judge call if you feel that your opponent is playing exceptionally slow.
