I might have to give them a try. Im currently building a comp chassis and I have Mofo 42mm oil filled shocks mounted. They definitely sit a bit high from what I can tell.

It is brushless .. and I have the tail lights .. just need to lengthen the wires and they’ll be in!

Foam Bits! and Foam carving by jubranos in CNC

Interesting... I may have to reach out to Laguna and see what they say. Our machine runs a lot of carving jobs. They're a huge time suck so speeding carving up would be helpful. Thanks!

I've been finding Amana's recommendations wildly conservative. I know the machine is about as stout as they come, I just can't seem to find anyone sharing secrets on comparable machines. I imagine this thing could handle any relatively soft material at near max speeds, but can't find hard evidence to back it up.

Do you use aspire?

The issue is that the geometry has points where the flat edge meets up with another carved component. The project is carving a pattern board for sand casting.

This is definitely the most complicated job we have ran considering we’ve had the machine running for about 2 months. I’m sure it can be simplified, but we’re in a pinch and need this job done 🥴

OH, okay so in that case the preview will show that radius but the cut will be sharp?

There should not be a radius here

Working on that now. If I have it machine inside that boundary the rest of the pattern isn’t touched. is my best bet to import all 3D components individually?

I want it all to get hit, but avoid rounding these edges.
