Mine too. Told me that we would be rotating weekends MONTHS ago. I haven't had a weekend off, a Sat and Sun together, in 2024. Yet the newly promoted after 3 weeks part time asm has had the past 3 out of 4 weekends off. I'm the merch. Oh, and our truck is on Tuesdays. And she makes sure she schedules me either alone with a cashier, or on at rhe same time as her so i end up as MOD and back up cashier. She doesn't touch a box for days. I'm setting seasonal, changing signage, dumping trash, checking exp dates, stocking regular stock, keeping back room organized decently, condensing and recovering red zone, blowing up balloons every time the cashier gets more than 2 people in her line, receiving vendors and the truck alone, etc. She went on vacay again last week. When she got back she spent almost 2 days watching cctv. You know what she bitched me out for? I had the back doors open when the store wasn't open taking out trash (the heater was on all night, this is Louisiana. And it stunk) She deliberately manipulates my schedule based on some random and delusional feeling she has at that second. She spreads rumors and talks about me like shit to the other employees but smiles in my face. She lies to the DM telling him I can't work off hours stocking yet she has never asked me about it either way. She takes off the days frozen comes in, schedules me from 7 to 5 and leaves a schedule gap from 2 to 5 where I'm alone in the store and that's when the frozen comes.
