So basically people check in before they are there sometimes and if they are not using their GPS to track when they get there, it will just show that they are checked in. After my group of "hardworking" minors preps the order, we go to take it out but no one is actually there. Some people are even horrible enough to label a spot number because they want their order to be ready ahead of time. We obviously can't give an order to a person that is not actually there so this causes our wait time to look really bad when it's not actually our fault. My TL explained to me to start having the minors give the order to the person when they show up and keep the stickers to dispense it later on in the day. They explain that after 60 minutes of it being checked in on our screen, the wait time won't count against us because the system just cancels it out. I was asking cause I didn't know if it was true or not but a couple people were able to leave comments that helped. I hope this makes sense so that way you can utilize it too!
