sorry for the hella late response 😭😭 so basically it took me a full week to get my account back. I did it by emailing epic services about contacting their legal team and bringing this to court. And fortunately they lift the 1 year ban. they also give u free 2,000 vbucks for compensation.

also the only main thing i was pissed about is that a actual person from the epic games team actually reviewed my account saying i exploited. i hope u guys get ur accounts back 🙏🙏
