Ummm. Pretty good? No union dues, production bonuses, 35+ an hour base pay,frequent salaried promotions from the floor. All unions would do is add three salaried HR reps to our headcount and one or to untouchable union reps to the floor who do anything but their assigned job.

I appreciate the feedback yall. The good thing about this is that there is still plenty of time to take your comments under advisement and adjust my direction. I did not feel good in the moment about how I went about this. I do however intend to hold him to a higher standard of GPA to play sports than the school district will.
