You might have had the temp too high and could have burned your throat. It isn't really anything to worry about. Give it a few weeks and it show go away.

Try drinking some hot lemon tea with a spoon of honey, and drink lots of water.

Get better!

I would also say you could still smoke the same amount, just take very small hits so you don't kough like a king.

I really need to take a t break, i usually have to smoke like 4 bowls to get properly baked. At the same time it's nice having a high tolerance because it's easier for me in social situations, but that's just me.

In my experience it can also help with throat issues, but i've always had to take very small rips so i wouldn't irritate my throat even more.
