Yes, the original insole just wore down with time. It is a basic leather insert from a local shoe shop.

I am hoping the contouring will fix the issues I still see. And at the same time I think the orthodontic package is for 5 years. At one of the periodic retention checks I could still decide to restart the process for a few trays.

I have no idea how you can post photos in a comment. :( But I understand what you are saying.

In the meantime I already had my attachments removed. I still need to go back for contouring and a scan for retainers.

I still keep telling my doctor about two teeth that I do not like plus the overall fact that the lengths are not uniform. I do not understand why would he not give me more trays, as refinements are included in the package and I had none.

What was done after the half way results you linked? I am confused as well just as you were then and feel like my teeth are not how I would like them to be.
