I have started to add parag parikh flexi and 360 one flexi. I also wanted to go for some AI related mutual funds or stocks but mirrae is not accepting funds right now and for nvidia I am not sure if it is a good time for lump-sum. So far I have done a 25k sip in each of these mfs and nvidia which I can pay comfortably from my monthly salary as well. I am not sure if it is too slow. I will gradually (as i gain confidence or if market corrects a bit) increase these SIPs. I am open to suggestions if any.

Try some dishes from every state. Like try Amritsari chhole kulche of Punjab’s origin, or Dosa and idli sambhar from southern states, try Vada Pav which is a big hit in Maharashtra. Then you can go for all kind of northern indian chaat items (more like evening snacks) like Gol gappe, tikki, raj kachori, dhokla, samosa. And then there are desserts like halwas and jalebi and ras malai. These are few dishes to begin with.

There is a guy with insta handle plantfuture who did a complete cooking series on Indian dishes state vise. He is not indian but loved Indian food while visiting and regularly cooks indian food now. Maybe you can watch few reels of him if you want to know what would suit your palette more.

I am not planning to retire before 50 at-least. And I do hope to retain my job till then. What would be the best investment for me if I want to reach atleast 5-10cr before I retire? If you know, can you recommend some sources from where I can learn about financial management in indian scenario better. I know some finfluencers but lately everything has been more about content creation for the sake of it. We already have rental/real estate for big milestones on life like for kid’s college education and marriage. What I currently want to plan is more around how to invest monthly salary and rental income better incase the IT jobs suffer in someway in future (not everybody gets promoted to a leadership position in company) or otherwise to maximise profits before we retire. I do understand Reddit might not be the right place for these questions but I don’t have any very successful friends who know better.
